Mehrweg Heroes 2022

With Vytal, our partners save not only a significant amount of single-use plastic but also a considerable amount of CO2 emissions. By conserving resources, they actively contribute to reducing their ecological footprint and alleviating the burden on the climate. We want to reward that!

From now on, we will crown our Reusable Heroes: partners who made an especially positive environmental impact by completing a large number of transactions in the previous year. Award-winning partners will receive a stylish trophy to display proudly in their restaurant.

Meet Our Heroes

Of course, all Vytal partners are true heroes. However, this year we are presenting the award for the first time to the Top 10 partners in Germany who saved the most plastic and CO2 through their transactions.

To narrow down the selection of participating restaurants, we focused on gastronomes who prioritize their restaurant business rather than solely catering — though the lines often blur.
