Every year, 350,000 tons of waste are generated from single-use containers for to-go orders — we want to change that! With Vytal, you can order food from Lieferando, Wolt, Uber Eats, the restaurant's own delivery service, or other delivery platforms using our reusable containers. The main requirement is that the restaurant partners with us. You can check this in our app. While you might already know how to order food in Vytal containers on-site, the process is a bit different for delivery.
For orders with external delivery services, you need a Delivery Token — a six-digit code that allows the restaurant to register the containers to your account before delivery. This token is essential for completing your order with Vytal. For security reasons, the Delivery Token is renewed every six days, so make sure to use the current one. Note that the comment field cannot be saved as a default for this purpose.
Some restaurants also offer delivery or pickup pre-orders directly in our app. Simply enter your postal code (via the second icon at the bottom right) and filter for the “Pickup” or “Delivery” option.
With these options, all necessary information is automatically transmitted to the restaurant, so they can package the order in Vytal containers and register them on your account. No manual copying is required.
If you receive single-use plastic with your Vytal order (whether directly through us or via another delivery service), please report it through our app.
We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us and our partners improve.
